I am a cusomer in Bangalore.

Baught from: Vasundhara enterprises

Need Service from: Manoj Enterprises

We complaints several time and there are no proper reply or notification on the chimney eversince we baught it. we tried reaching them to get people but donot succed. Finally, two people ariives open it and take the money saying parts needed and disappear.

We tried to find there boss and the francisee company and land up finding Franchiseindia.com as there parent company who supplies these chimneys through the dealers.

Sushela Negi- Business head has no time to handle the customer. She cuts the call immediately after listening the voice and the reason.

I am filing this complain to replace/ repair the chimney also a set of compensation for not attending my issue for last one year.The franchisee company should be liable also to the indian consumer and hence need a action against all 3 of them
