I am writing this to know if my case is genuine and what all I need to do file a case in court.

I bought an usha electrical geyser in dec 2004 from a dealer in Delhi. The dealer told me that the guarantee of the geyser is 5 years but when we checked the guarantee paper on shop it shows 2 years but the dealer given us the 5 year guarantee by writing on the bill saying that the guarantee is increased from the company and don’t worry you will not face any problem.

Now the geyser is not working and we called up agency and the usha agency engineer told us that they will not entertain the guarantee written on the bill and we need to pay the maintenance of around Rs 3000.00.

When we called up the dealer he said he cannot help us as it is the mistake of sales man.
