Complaint against mblaze mts cheaters $ theaves I bought an mts datacard on 20-04-2012,MDN:8645929107,first of all the dealer from MTS mr.shoban(9171748920)called me and said that if i buy a datacard from him he is going to give me a pen drive and a computer headphones for free.and when i asked wther it is prepaid or postpaid...he said that it is a prepaid one...I am a student in balaji medical college in chennai and i stay in our college hostel.,he came to the hostel and took the adress proof and I paid him RS.2650/- and he activated it with in 2hrs.from the day one i didnt even get a speed of 50kbps where i was promissed to get 3.1mbps...so the next day i called to costomer care(18002000100) and asked them about the issue and the issue is not rectified and after a day they registered my complaint(C12-47408041).on 24-04-2012 someone called me from costomer care and asked me about the issue..i explained him everything...he then asked me my details...when i said my address it was not matching with the address in his system...he informed me about that...i then said him that is not the address i gave to the dealer and i said him my address...he noted it and said that he will correct it...the very next day my data card is temporarily inactivated.....i once again called costomer care and they said that my address was wrongly enrolled so after verification with the correct address it will be activated..since then no responce from the dealer...when ever i call him he say that he will activate it in 2 hours...and he never lift my call the whole day...and from 2 days he is not picking my call.WHAT MY ISSUE IS:1)THE DEALER CHEATED ME BY GIVING ME A POSTPAID DATA CARD BY SAYING IT IS A PREPAID ONE;2)I GAVE HIM MY ADDRESS PROOF CORRECTLY BUT HE CHANGED IT AND NOW I AM FACING THE PROBLEM;3)I AM NOT GETTING PROPER RESPONSE FROM ANY ONE OF THE MTS PEOPLE....FOR THEIR MISTAKE WHY I HAVE TO SUFFER;4)I DID NOT GET ANY PENDRIVE AND HEADSET FROM THE DEALER TILL NOW;5)I NEED MY MONEY BACK

mts blaze my name is sunil kothari, i buy a mts blaze data card, its no. is 8432936274, dealer promise me at the that time that i get speed 3.1 mbps, in early 7-8 days i get good speed but now i will get only 100 to 500 kbps speed. no one listen my complain. mts care service hang my phone 100 times.

Hi All,
I am Sourabh Sadananda Deo. I bought a MTS MBLAZE on 7th May 2012 from The Mobile Stores near Crome Hadapsar Pune. The device worked good for 10 days i.e. till 17th May 2012. After that it did not even opened Google.co.in once. It stopped working at all. I launched a complaint at MTS help desk on 21st May 2012. its 24th May still they are not even responding to it by at leaset giving a call back. My call was hanged up for whole day yesterday as they had no answer for the problem. The Mobile Store people say that the issue is still getting resolved, people in MTS are on holiday so it is being delayed. Is this kind a service you all provide?
My business is getting hampered due to it. I trade on shares and if i did not get this problem resolved in 2 hrs it will be big loss in my business. I waited for whole 2 days even if they said 20 damn working hours. Do hell with your issue resolution, i should get the issue resolved by today afternoon and i should also get my 4 to 5 days validity extended or else, i am gonna register a complain with consumer court in written in Pune.

My Name is Vinay kumar rangdal,
I the only sin i did or i should say the mistake I committed is that if believed in mts's service commitment and the after sales support the sales rep assured me of ...(lol). i learned my lesson of trusting the sales rep, which i have it as an example of every one how opts my opinion on MTS customer or it be MTS data card service..so back to the issue=the sin i did i bought 2 data connections on Number: 9133058029 & data card #9133086072.. in the month of August 2011(i do not recollect the exact date as i did not get any kind of acknowledgement as i have paid the full amount ie:Rs:1000(Rs:500 per data card) for 2 data card connections as its a CUG plan for a reputed MNC(i do not want to take its name))...IN THE 1ST PLACE Y I PLACED NOT 1 BUT 2 ORDERS IS the sales rep said that the connection which i have got or ordered are prepaid n not post paid: I questioned him twice..he said yes its prepaid...and 1 month free usage(he assurted me that till 1month its free usage & unlimited downloading & browsing ) after which i can continue with monthly Rs:750 plan....i said ok ...i still recollect as I got the connections activated in the 2nd week of august...though i gave my ID proof,address proof & a photograph on the time of purchase..MTS delayed in activating the connections......i still managed said i can understand as its a new connection.......in august month end i had to travel out of town for personal work n lost my belongings which had some books n my new data cards.(now active when traveling)......when i realized that i lost very important equipment ...i called on the MTS Customer Care at 9133-955-955 & on 9133-155-155...to my suprise i came to know that the connections which i are not registred on my name ie:R.VINAY KUMAR.... the customer rep said ""sir these Numbers: 9133058029 & data card #9133086072. are registered on some one eles's name which,as per company's protocall cannot be disclosed(i understood)i called the sales rep ..n said i will get a confirmation call..which i got & they said "sir this data card #'s are on my name "....I explained that i lost the datacards & requested them to please deactivate the service as the services can be miss used..the customer rep said she will let the concern department know
Now for the 2nd twist: in the month end i got a call stating that ""sir the bill is due for Rs:58 on both the data cards ie:9133058029 & data card #9133086072. and to avoid disconnection please pay the bill if all ready paid please ignore this call as its a POSTPAID connection and not Prepaid connection......I WAS SHOCKED..as still the service was not deactivated ...i explained that i lost the data cards(actually stolen)....the second customer rep who called me assured that the connections will be deactivated N i can go to any MTS outlet pay an amount of Rs:350 & activate the connection ...i was in bliss as the problem has been taken care off/// next month i got call as i have a pending bill of Rs:2388 for data card#9133086072 and Rs:1693 for #9133058029......the fun part is that i got this bill on my name after i repeatedly requested MTS support to deactivate the connections when the due bill was of Rs:58 on each data card....i kept on requesting each one who called me for the bill payment....later recovery agents were sent to my home to collect the due amount...when i explained recovery agent(siraj was his name if i remember his name) he called his manager don't know what his name was ...& the issue was settled still no acknowledgement in any form ...i requested the customer support got the same answers :sir these data cards are not registered under my name ...i lost all hopes as this problem will be ever solved...after every 2months i get call as i need to pay bill & i have to repeat the same answers which i gave since september 2011 & if i recollect i got the same kind of recovery call in the month of January 2012 & same thing was repeated & got a different answer this this ""AS THE DUE AMOUNT HAS BEEN WAVED OFF & WHEN WAS I INTERESTED IN REACTIVATING THE CONNECTIONS..I SAID AFTER ALL THE TROUBLE I MAY OR MAY NOT CONTINUE THE SERVICES....MTS hyderabad support said that they will get back to me in the month of march if i were to be interested in continuing ....but due to some medical now i am a handicap person cannot walk or do any thing with out any support & now MTS sends me an Notice:

I ASK MTS for what should i pay the bill for not using the connection .......I cannot speak over the phone due to medical problem(since march 2012 if some one wants i can e mail them my medical certificates) nor can i walk....to be more accurate i need to drag my self on the ground to do my regular day to day work...Mts expects me to run around them n settle the issue ...how long does it take to solve this kind of problem 1 month,2 3 ...??????its more than 10 MONTHS ..had a lady been pregnant she would have a delivered a new life in this world...is resolving this issue is more complicated than giving birth...come on plz i can not take the regular template answers which are posted in this forum......I don't know if complaint works ...god alone knows....... i can be reached @crazywizard4@gmail.com

Mts mblaze not working after being replaced by the company After replacing my mts mblaze data card it is not working and not connecting at all. Its always showing that remote computer not responding , and customer care never picks call and the stupid music goes on and on . Mts got pathetic customer care now no one is listening in this matter .

when i call to the care centre people that it is not properly connecting they don't have any clue i suggest mts people that don't spend on ads on television they will not benefit you people hire some proffessional people and look after your customer care because only good after sales makes a brand in the market. If this problem not resolved as soon as possible i am surely taking you people to the consumer court.
