I had been a subscriber of VSNL(now Tata indicom) dialup services for a long time. I decided to purchase a domain and web hosting from Tata Indicom in 2006. Right from day one I had issues with them and there was no proper response from customer support. Also to access my control panel for domain/web hosting I had to have a live dialup service, which was an arm twisting tactic. I had already paid for domain and webhosting for 2 yrs but because I discontinued the dialup service I was not allowed to access my control panel. So to just access my control panel I had to renew my dialup account which I don't use now.
Then I decided to move to some other service provided and requested the authorization code for domain name from Tata Indicom so that it can be moved to the new service provider. Tata Indicom denied me the authorization code so that I cannot move to the new provider. The domain is registered against my name for which I have paid and they deny me the code bluntly.
I have written them twice but have not got any response, I am stuck with these guys.What should be done next?
