I am a management student pursuing my post graduation from Sydenham Institute. We have subscribed for the services for Tata Wifi (Tata Telecommunications). They have a contract to provide all the students of Sydenham Institute (only Management) with a wifi card with unlimited usage facility for a period of 11 months. However, in the midst of the year, our card got deactivated/ balance became zero and we were unable to use it further.
Despite of several complaints in the last 3-4 months, they have not done anything to sort this issue. We have all the required records to prove our case.
We would like you to take strict action against the company and make sure our grievance is resolved. We are willing to discuss more on this once we hear from you.
