Dear sir,

I had booked a domain name for our Charitable Trust with Indiatimes and had paid full amount in advance for 5 years. We had developed our website spending lots of money. Upon completion of 1 year, suddenly the domain expired. When I tried calling Indiatimes, NO ONE was responding. I sent mails, but no response to that as well. Our website was down and all our trust members started getting upset. Our money spent on development of the website was wasted. Finally after 2 months, I found that our domain name was even taken by someone else because it expired and got released.
We lost our domain name now(within 1 year), despite the fact that we paid for 5 years (I have record of this transaction).
We lost our money spent on developing website because we now need to inform thousands of people regarding change of domain name.
I wasted around 2 months and telephone calls to just finally talk to a person who sent me mail saying my money will be refunded, but till now nothing has come.

I have all the mail records. I want to take some serious action on them.

Please guide me.
