I have very different experience with the same company. I have get 100% satisfaction with technical team of Hosting Seva. I got tired of Manas Hosting. I have already lost more then 25000 Indian Rupees and more then 15 valued customers, due to the same AND MORE BAD experiences with MANAS HOSTING; you wrote here for Hosting Seva. But As I transferred my all services to Hosting Seva, I am satisfied with their team. They talk with me in Hindi also, because I know little English, as I live in Gujarat. I am a reseller since 2000 and have windows reseller account with hosting seva since last 1.5 years.
I would like to share one of my best experience of Hosting Seva: Once, at midnight 01:30, I receive a phone call from my client in USA. He was facing problem with database connectivity to server. I made conference phone call with Hosting Seva Team and they solved the problem during we talk.
I do not say you are wrong, but I have different experience and I mention here.

We have had a very bad experience and they don't have any values for their clients websites. One of our friends website went away one day and they did not even had a back up. If you are running database and serious business relying on their service, be careful. Just choose any other vendors but never hostingseva.com or internetworldwide.org

You will get to talk to some lady who doesn't know anything about the online and technology. She is a wife of company owner who is into online scams. I heard, they often misused credit card information and online banking details of their customers.

If you go there, you are stuck. Please take my word and be away...

please think twice before you take Hostingseva service, this is such a horrible company, never ever you technical issues calls will be attended or your mails get reply..

And you call sales number immidiate responce with in one ring ,

And some of the sales agents are horrible , they dont even pass the calls to the technical team and they are very rude ...

If you are in and around that office only then you take it from them, so that you can walk in to their office..

Dear Friends, I have become a fool by taking service from Hostingseva,com. They are nonsense people. They dont know how to provide service and how to treat customers. Better they should close the office and sit at home. I have given a complaint one week back, since my website was not functioning. They dint attend to my mail or reply. I called and spoke to one of the technical team, she said it will get ready by evening. So many evenings went, but still they dint fix it. Everyday I tried to call their number, but all the phones ring, but no one picks up. I started Livechat, when I told about the problem, they just stopped the chat, I waited for half an hour, then closed. Sent complaint to both hostingseva and internetworldwide. but no response. Still my prblem not solved. PLEASE PLEASE dont take service from those ............ people.

They are worst. I left Manashosting also but they were far better than hostingseva. Ridiculous services from them.
I month+ my website is down. I have raised many email, call, Chat, Tickets but still no action.
Now they have recognized me and they dont do chat with me if i log in with my real name and details.

Once i asked them for domain transfer auth code, they give me after calling 5-6 times. And now when i tried transfer the domain, it is saying domain is locked from previous registrar. Still i called 6-7 times, they are not resolving the issue.

Donno my website will be up or not.

Dont ever buy any service fro hosting seva, internetworldwide.org, manshosting and compater Solutions, they all are same kind. Once they are new in the market, their service will be good, and after few days, they will go worst, worst and worst.

I have become a skape goat buying a reseller account with this people.

Firstly its so irritating that even their website is not live when i am posting this comment.
No one attends to the call properly.. there is one guy Kumar from sales team.. he replies to all calls and attends till the time we pay them.
Later he will not respond also.

coming to technical people, first of all they do not understand proper english.
One time they changed the ip address for all thier servers and there was no notification to us.. and we were unable to access any of our hosting websites etc..

There was no automatic updation also ..

the most horrible reseller hosting company.. it would be great if i can sue this company.. any references / help on this please let me know.
