'starhostpro' through google..last week i paid money for 2 domain registration through online transfer.
there s a guy call for online customer help chat with id rencypriya ..his real name as stated by him is arjun.
we transfered the money to the account and then my work was not done..he registered one domain name ..that too now not working....there s only two numbers available for the company....i always call on 09141828955....intially arjun was picking up the phone and used to commit me regarding the job to be completed soon...in response i used to further details to my clients....later on the same guy used to pick up the phone but used to identity him as a different person...called himself mr vinay....though i can recoginze from the voice that its arjun only......now from last two days no one is picking up the phone ..they got landline no also 080-22791316 ...useless.........and wt worst from last 3-4 days there website 'starhostpro' is also not working .........i got all details regarding transfer of money and chat transcript as proof.....i m trouble as my clients r over me for not completing the work on time.....really frustreted and angry...i pls request to consumer court to make a call on the above no and let them know the gravity of situation......
also would like to know if any other individual or company had this trouble with this so call starhostpro.com !!!!!!
