A company from Delhi dealing with laptops and software’s i have recently purchased a laptop from them
With brand name ELAN , I have purchased it from their business development excutive in responce to regular telephone calls from their call centers ,and paid 25000 rs for this laptop they agreed to to give one year guaranty and services , but on the second day it self the system was found in trouble , i called many times to their customer care no but no one replied , later i approached another technition to set up my laptop ,on listening his comments ,i was surprised to hear that this laptop is a CHINEESE make and spurious quality which cannot be repaired by any one
There for i suggest any one going for a laptop purchase never go for this king third class spurious laptops exploiting customer ignorance , and acting like dacoits , they are really cheating computer aspirants
