I have been subscriber of Tata Indicom Broadband service. I have purchased a domain name "bosslies.com" from Tata Indicom. But as they have very limited hosting services I decided to move to another service provider.
Now for that I need to transfer the domain name also. So I requested for the Authorization Code from them for my own website. And everytime you mail them or log a complaint they just give you new complaint number and those will get close in 2 days without any progress.
I have already initiated a domain transfer request from other provider and now my work stopped as Tata Communications are not providing the Authorization code. Also every time you mail them with all the details regarding the authorization code they will reply with only one answer "why you want to transfer the domain name".
I have 3 complaint numbers with me and a long chain of mail as a proof to file a case against them.
Can anyone suggest me how can I file a case against them?
