We had been to Club Cabana for Gate Crashers 2012 new year party. It was the most horrible experience in my life. This party was arranged just to loot the customers with no food, no welcome drink and rubbish arrangement for the crowd. Nothing was there as they had mentioned in the entry ticket. We paid around 5000Rs for the event and came home without food, drinks and not even water. The worst part was when asked for the drinks showing the welcome drink coupon, we were asked to buy the drink! I doubt what they meant by free welcome drinks and why the coupon was provided with the ticket!
When we went to have food, we witnessed the worst nightmare of our lives. There was chaos all around with no management people to
control it. We saw the people themselves picking plates from somewhere and some of them took the food from vessels as there were no one to serve the food. Some were taking the utensils to home! Everyone wanted to take something available there like soft drinks, paper plates, cups, mineral water bottle...etc for the money they had paid for the event. We didn’t get any food to eat. There were no club managers available to lodge a complaint. Seems like all of them had fled from the place after collecting to the ticket amount. At later stage of the party the police had to step in to control the crowd. It was at that time we moved out of the place fearing lathi charge!

I demand full refund of the entry fees by the Club Cabana management for screwing our New Year and not providing what they had promised for the event.
