HI,This is shreyash govekar from vikas mhatre nagar,Girjabai niwas, chawl no 7,room no 9,diva(e) pincode- 400612 n my customer Id is -71355380 n the problm is that i had purchased the videocon d2h on 13/6/2012 n the customer care told me that the cable operater is showing issue for instalation i m just too frustated i can prove them that where i live there are working videocon d2h services n our realation with cable operator is good n they had no issue for instalation of videocon d2h till now the instalation hadn't completed i just wanted to say to videocon d2h people if u don't want customer then tell us we will not purchase ur product looking forward that u wil do somethng n do my instalation.Looking for ur rly.Regards,Shreyash govekar,9146173436
