i am Regular subscriber of dish tv, i took this connection last year from
dealer named-(manoj electronics-Dish tv authorised
dealer,city-bayana,district-bharatpur) but as per company rules the free
subscription was valid till march-2009 after this we got it recharged with
Rs.220 but for last three to four months we are getting only basic channels
most of them are regional language channels after getting recharged with
gold pack or platinum packs but, when we called the dealer(NARAYAN
SINGH-9414273543,9602737658) for make the correct solution and escalate this
matter to higher authority, he didn't response properly and said now i don't
care about your subscription whatever you can do, do it so he doesn't behave
like a responsible dealer, and after all we complained to company's customer
care department but once they called us to sort out this problem and after
that they didn't took this matter seriously , so is this not a sheer
cheating with loyal customer.

due to this problem we had to tolerate mental tension we couldn't take value
of the money we spent it's subscription and set top box also, so we had to
loose our hard earned money to irresponsible dealer and company also.



now we want from dishtv to cancel the dealership or order the dealer to make
a quick response to customer's complaint otherwise his dealership could be
taken back. and if we don't get all the channels back within week please get
our money back.
