    Default airtel DTH

    I am using airtel DTH services for the last 7 months [ customer id: 3008996720]
    For the last 3 months we are getting the picture in B/w mode only instead of
    colour display. I have lodged a complaint with airtel customer care 8 days back,
    no bosdy has come to house and rectified the error. I have called 6 times so far
    in the last week, every time they are telling it will resolved tomorrow. But to my surprise
    it is not resolved yet. Very pathectic customer service.. I advise others not to use
    Airtel Services.
