I am facing "service after sales" problem with an IPTV service provider called
I-Control (joint venture of MTNL & Aks opti fiber ltd.) for past 6 months.

Its not working properly and despite of several registered complaint & reminders my
problem remained same. Last month I had served them a notice but didnt get any reply
so far.

Could you please suggest how & where I can register my complaint. I am a Mumbai
(Goregaon - East) resident.
