I have some concern regarding AirTel Digital TV.
I have taken a new Connection on the month of October with a package which
provides me 4 month validity and 250 cash back.When i Checked my balance
on 12th of Nov my balance shows -50 instead of +250 and validity is showing till
11th of Nov. When i checked to customer care i get to know that movie has been booked
from my account on the same single day through IVR.
Even though i didn't call to any AirtelDishTV number neither anyone knows my Account id.
It seems there is a security breach in your system.
I urge you to look in to the problem return immediately and pay back my money to my account and also
adjust my validity to original one.
Please look in to this proble ASAP otherwise i would prefer for disconnection and go for other vendor.
Even I am not happy with your service . I have complaint for 2 times with in one month of connection for disruption of service
