    Default Secruity Isssue and loss of balance with Airtl Digital TV

    I have some concern regarding AirTel Digital TV.
    I have taken a new Connection on the month of October with a package which
    provides me 4 month validity and 250 cash back.When i Checked my balance
    on 12th of Nov my balance shows -50 instead of +250 and validity is showing till
    11th of Nov. When i checked to customer care i get to know that movie has been booked
    from my account on the same single day through IVR.
    Even though i didn't call to any AirtelDishTV number neither anyone knows my Account id.
    It seems there is a security breach in your system.
    I urge you to look in to the problem return immediately and pay back my money to my account and also
    adjust my validity to original one.
    Please look in to this proble ASAP otherwise i would prefer for disconnection and go for other vendor.

    Even I am not happy with your service . I have complaint for 2 times with in one month of connection for disruption of service

    Default change into economy plan , remove extra paid channel

    my customer id is 3000984652 . Pl remove extra paid channel . Fix only those channel @ Rs 150 /month

    Myself NADIR SHEIKH, Cust ID : 3002377056 . It is with immense saddness that I am writing to you this. My connection has been disconnected wrongly by Airtel since 2 months now and it came as a shocker for me who was always praising Airtel TV. I am told by Airtel Helpline that I have to pay for my Ultra Package even though I have already made the payment !

    I had recharged my account with Rs. 5490/- (by Phone, Credit Card, via Ms.Sakina I still remember name) and I was told SPECIFICALLY that there is an offer right now that I have to pay Rs. 5490/- and will be upgraded from normal STB to RECORDER STB + will get ULTRA PACK 12 MONTHS + 2 MONTHS FREE + Rs. 500 Cash Back + 12 Movies On Demand Free.
    Then only I decided to upgrade else I would have only recharged normal amount. All went well, I made payment.. few days later, new STB Recorder was installed at my home and balance was showing right, it was till April 2012. I also got the cash back and was told that movies on demand are also activated now. Then, only days later, 31st Dec, my Airtel TV was disconnected. I couldnt beleive such behaviour from Airtel, the brand I so much trusted and supported. We missed all new year eve programs, main sports events, India match.. Thank you Airtel for spoiling my December. Now i am missing the word cup...

    Now I am so upset that I want immediate action one way or another. Either repair the damage right now or take this email as an application for Cancellation of services and take back your Airtel TV and refund my full amount. Cant take it anymore. I feel betrayed and cheated
