    1. Hi,

      Today 29th Dec 2011, since past 2-3 days i am facing a network problem, i stay in Virar and doing a job at Powai. I havent received signal at any location.

      If i try on manual mode and select Airtel as operator it gives error No Network Access.
      This is leading to loss at high extend. Please help.

      I have tried to post the complaint on their web site but while submission of complaint it gives error as Server is down, Please try after some time.


      When i tried to call to the call center it is not connecting to customer care representative.

    I was disconnected my Airtel DTH on Nov 2010 and i was requested to pay the balance amount Rs.600+ till date when ever sending mail some one is calling and informing that the concern department will get back to you .

    one year is over till they are not returned the amount. today (31.12.11) i sent mail to customer care and nodal office but no use .

    Any way i decided to disconnect my Postpaid Airtel / DTH / broadband everything

    This is way the Airtel will treat Customers. So please go with some good servicing DTH

    Angry Airtel DTH

    Hi Team,

    I ordered the Airtel D2H connection yesterday, I needed connection at the earliest. I got assurance for installation at 10:00 am today morning but no one called me till now,
    I called customer care multiple times but there seems no ownership for customer concerns, two times I was kept on hold for directing to other department but both the times the call was disconnected, no one called back.

    I got to know a technician with Contact Number#9845910921 is assigned for this case, I called him multiple times today but he didn't respond.

    Whole day I was waiting at my home for this installation but it's all waste, need your immediate intervention into this issue to have installation done by today (31st Dec' 2011), I can't wait whole day tomorrow for this again.

    Default Top up incorrectly updated channels

    HI,

    I have recently taken new DTH connection from Airtel.

    I have opted for the North Mega + Marathi as regional language pack.

    I have been told that I will get Marathi 1 and Marathi 2 packs.

    But I found that Marathi 2 was missing - which has Zee 24 Taas, and Zee talkies.

    After I mentioned it to customer care, Zee 24 Taas is activated but Zee talkies is still not coming.

    I got a msg that, "Zee Classic Topup 1M, Zee Marathi topup 1M has been activated" and Rs.25 are deducted from my account.

    I want to know the channels activated in these two topups.

    For two channels Rs. 25? There is something wrong here. I think unnecessory already existing channels are added as topup.

    Airtel DTH hides facts from customers:
    Customer ID - 3005919735
    I recharged using long time pack(6months) for Rs 1529 on 2 April 2012, before the due date (I had balance of Rs 31.79). The offer on Long time pack recharge was that I will get 20 days extra but on the website nothing was mentioned about calling back at airtel customer care and then activate this offer. So I thought as I have selected this offer I will be able to avail this automatically and I waited for few days but still my account was showing validity only till 9th oct so I called up airtel customer care asking for my extra 20 days as was there in the offer and to my surprise I then came to know that I have to call them for this, now my concern is if things like this are hidden from the customer; how will we come to know about it and now they are telling me to put more money and then call them and avail this offer. I think all these terms & conditions should be put clearly to avoid inconvenience to customers.
    Why should I put more money when it was not my mistake? Why are these terms and conditions NOT mentioned clearly on airtel website?

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am a customer (Customer id 3006262083) Airtel dth, I give
    two compliant (request no.17773913, April 12, 2012 and request no.
    17917810, April 17, 2012) and also send a e-mail in Airtel dth Coustomer Care, Nodel office and bharti Airtel ID regarding
    to set top box, some day (13/04/2012, Friday) before engineer come and
    say some error in set top box and company change it. But till date (20/04/2012) I
    am not receive new set top box and Customer care, engineer and Airtel dth
    service provider not give any satisfied answer.
    Kindly do the needful in this regard as soon as possible and oblige us.

    Default Regarding Complain for Airtel 3G Post Paid data ha

    Hi All,

    I Santosh Srivastava would like to register a strong complaint against AIRTEL and its dealers for selling 3 G Post Paid Data card services in Chennai and cheating consumers by collecting money and not providing the promised service( even data card was not activated).

    Dealels Adress :

    No. 9 , Railway Station Road, alandur, Chennai - 6020016 ( opp. Alandur Police station.


    I bought 3 G Data Card dated on 20th April 2012. and Today is 24th of April 20012 Time 8.00 PM and still my Data card has not been active. they have told us it will be activated in 2 hours.
    To our surpise after this and we started calling all the numbers. they picked up call once and twice and then never picked any calls from our number.

    and i have paid for 1030 Rs for Air tel Data card.
    Person whom i contacted but never got any response :

    Below is the details of all person whom contacted for Data card with there phone number .

    Imran : 071010110 ( He apporached us to buy the Airtel data card)

    Radha Krishnan : 08525811223 ( who has given me data card and collected 1030 Rs)

    Gopi Nath : 9962796262 ( He told me i have activated your SIM and you can access it)

    Still i dont know what is my SIM no. so i could make a complain to Airtel data card customer care ..because they do ask for the sim no.

    Would also if possible like to involve the everyone. which can make other consumer like me beware of what is happening from Airtel and dealers that no other consumer hard earned money is lost due to the Fraudelent practise from Airtels dealers.

    Look forward hearing from you and advise on how do we take this forward .
