I am writing in refernece to myway IPTV connection.
The MW WAY executive collected a cheque of rs.1499 on 18th AUG saying
that the connection would setup in 2days.THE coneection was working only for 5 days and after that it failed
Its been more than 20 days and no correspondence from there side.I
have called the customer care number many times(0141 2771177) of aksh opto fiber jaipur and the executive/manager keeps on telling to wait for 2-3 days more.
My request is recorded in their details by num 0141 2523760 and a CAF number.
I am fed up of such poor service,and they r not giving good response and i want
quick action from your side
Please advice on this!!
