Dear Sir

I have cancelled my I P TV conection in the month of march and instrument was picked from my home in the month of 1/4/9. and i have called customer care lots of time they every time tell that that they are registering complain and they will get back. but i have not received any response from them.

Pls help me if anything can be done or suggest me so that i can get my refundable amount.
