    Post no connection no response NO refund

    PREPAID CAF NO:10041822 CIRCLE :A.P
    I HAVE paid RS 200000 FOR A CONNECTION, TELUGU DIAMOND PACK, VIDE MY HSBC BANK CHEQUE NO:195437 DATED 6TH FEB 2010 ON 7TH FEB 2010.

    AS ON DATE I HAVE NOT GOT THE CONNECTION OF MYWAY, ON ENQUIRY THE TOLL FREE NUMBER CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE, THEY INFORMED THAT OUR AREA DO NOT HAVE ANY ACCESS DUE TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES.

    IN FIRST INSTANCE WHY DID THEY APPROACH, OVER PHONE TO MY RES NO THRICE, FOR NEW CONNECTION AND INSTALLATION OF MYWAY IPTV , SECONDLY WHEN OUR AREA DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS HOW IS THAT THEY TAKEN THE MONEY AND PROMISED TO INSTALL THE SAME WITHIN 12 DAYS.

    THE CUSTOMER CARE EXE TOLD THE REFUND HAS BEEN SENT TO MY ADDRESS. IF THEY HAVE REALLY SENT I HAVE NOT GOT ANY AMOUNT. MOBILE NOS: 9492048819 & 9492048829 EXECUTIVE TOLD INSTALLATION PEOPLE WILL CONTACT US, NO BODY TURNED UP.ONCE AGAIN TO REPORT THE MATTER PHONED SWITCHED OFF MOBILE.

    MR NAGESWAR RAO MOBILE NO: 9177444775 WHO COLLECTED THE MONEY FROM US NEVER TAKES CALL, NEITHER RESPONSE TO CALL BACK.

    REFUND MAY SENT AS PER YOUR WORD AT ONCE.

    On several request of your company ,I agreed to install your IPTV on my land line 033-24623034 on the condition that certain services will be provided to me >the condition was that I I am dissatisfied in the first month of the free use ,Then the connection will be withdrawan and my deposit of Rs.1700/- (Rs.1500/- + Rs.200/-) will be refunded >On receiving the connection on the very 2nd day I reported to your company that the same should be returned and my amount should be returned.On 12/04/2010 Mr Abhisek Saha of your company received and registered the request and asured the refund.

    But till date nothing done.Do you want push sale of your worst service.I request you to refund my money and withdraw your service failing which I shall liable to take some action which may hamper the good-will(if there is any ) of your comany.

    Unhappy MyWay IPTV

    Guys trust me DONT EVER take an IPTV connection from the provider MyWay .. It is the most useless and frustating product

    To top it all is their Customer Care Centre and Technical support team .. it beats all call centres and tech support teams which I have seen till now hollow in terms of worthlessness, incompetence and callousness

    My story is like this ...

    The firm had come up with a promotional offer in Jan .. I got lured not just by their offer but also as I wanted to try out new technology and patronise a new company

    Alas my faith was misplaced .. the installation team struggled for 7 full days but they could not get the thing going .. finally after running out of patience and abusing them heavily did they manage to complete the installation almost as if doing a favour ... on top of that they bluntly refused to give a promised bag in the promo offer stating that the promo is now not valid

    Anyways the thing worked somewhat OK initially but persistently there was a problem with the remote wherein EVERY key triggers a different function from what it is intended for

    Thereafter frequented by frozen images, video jumping frame by frame, break in audio, looooooooooong booting time, loss of DSL syncronisation, complete washout of image, one fine day the system just packed up .. that was 5 days back

    Enter the Call centre : the IVRS takes you to the concerned person but even before you utter a word disconnects your call automatically .. finally after struggling for good 1 hr I managed to register the complaint

    Enter the tech team : The so called technical support doesnt know their elbow from their a** and deserve the prize for 'most incompetent tech support team' : they are clueless FIVE DAYS AFTER complaint is lodged .. they believe only in throwing jargon without action .. special mention to Nikhil and Naveen who are masters in making false promises without results .. these guys do not even have the courtesy and work ethic to at least attend to the phone or pick up their mobile

    So here I am .. struck with a useless product and fooled by a system where the customer stands to loose heavily if he withdraws as the rules are framed heavily in favour of the provider .. I really wonder how can such fraudulent companies be allowed to function

    MYWAY overdue refund Tel No.044-24580835 ; Customer ID 100009353

    I got my MYWAY iptv connection terminated in last week of January 2010. I had requested myway to send my refund of Rs.1500/- to my Jaipur address which was communicated thru email as well thru telecom in January 10 itself (and many times thereafter) and it was in time, confirmed by their CC executives over telecon . Customer care executives are promising for sending refund but not providing any details and avoiding even telecon calls and not responding for last three months (do not intend to name the executives). I have thus wasted lot of time, energy and money on telecon calls .
    This is the way “MYWAY “ is providing customer services.

    Default Old modem not returned

    Sir,
    I had installed IPTV connection apx 2months back. My Way service engineers installed new modem and toook away my old one which was in good working condition. They had confirmd that the difference amount of Rs.450.00 ( Rs.1650 - 1200 = 450.00)only will be charged to me through next BSNL bill. In between due to very bad service from IPTV, I disconnected the same and I got Rs.1500.00 security amount back.

    When I received the BSNL bill, I was surprised to see that full amount of Rs.1650.00 was charged to me. When I requested Myway staff through phone call and also through email to return my old modem, they just refused my request saying that now every thing is over, we can not do any thing.

    I want to know is it the way Myway people behave. They do not have any name in the market, besides this they also spoil the name of BSNL.

    Can any concerned look into this matter and return my old modem.

    Default worst Ignorance irresponsible fellows and one company which doesn't want to come up

    I have never seen a company like myway and idea... one is like they don't want to come up in life and the other one is like offering good services, but pick pocketting..

    Myway IPTV has interest only when the subscription was over. They came and replaced the Set Top Box and said it was its issue. We kept quiet and and they went, the issues still persists and I got to know that many of the subscribers dint get the advance deposit amount.. and atlast they make the advance deposit the amount for the set top box purchase... Think if you need help and somebody hung up on you..!!
