    Default Cancellation of Mtnl Myway Iptv connection.

    I am writing in reference to myway IPTV connection.
    I had applied for Mtnl Myway Iptv connection on 14th Aug 2009 with a CAF no 001228. and I issued a cheque of Rs 2000/- the same day.
    My request is recorded in their details by num 011-25263063. The money was withdrawn from my account within 2-3 days.
    I asked the officials to cancel my subscription within a week i.e even before installation and they said that our money will be refunded within 20 days. but it hasn't been returned till date. The phone numbers of the concerned officials are always swithched off.
    No one has cared to look into our matter.

    Please intervene.

    Thumbs down unsatisfied customer myway IPTV connection

    I am writing in reference to myway IPTV application number 002926 its on the name of Mr Shyam Lal, I got a call from your one of your sales personnel with the offer of your myway IPTV After much hesitation I decided to go for the subscription and made the payment and said if you will not be satisfied with the services we will disconnect the connection and refund back your money, now Its been more than 3 months its not at all working from the 3rd day of installation. I am in touch with there manager or executive from mail help@myway.in but I am not getting any clear answers from them.
    As i m not satisfy with there service I want my money back I dont want to have any relations with myway IPTV


    I want immediate resolution of the problem.

    when myway reprentive come at my home force to taken connection .he say to me three month no any type charge taken from you . he say all 126 channel will display on your telvision. if any problem i will back your money and no charge for dowanloding of film or game and you pay only 200/-PM .and there is no extra charge pay from you .you canuse fre net free mail email checkrd send also.and your remote is multipupose as ac dvd.but only use tv. Now co. send 400/- bill. this month where i have taken in connection in the month of sept 2009.and freezing problem is also .now Iwant return this connection.

    Default cheating with me

    Iwant surender the myway dth connection .poor service and give me wrong feeding this co. i have taken connection in the month of sept and conection start form ist oct.2009. when give the conection company say to only pay 200/-pm NO charge extra will pay by you for three month .and only 200/- pm pay no any tax orany other charge .but now send me 450/- bill inthis month november 2009. so Icatnot pay this amt. ij it not possible pl refund my money .an
    d not continue this this service .

    I have paid Rs 1500/- for the myway iptv connection on 2nd of November 2009.CAF#10031600.
    The sales person made a promise of installing the same within 4-5 days.
    However so far there is no response, its taken huge number of follow-up without any luck.
    Even writing to help@myway.in or myway@myway.in has got no response.

    Default My way iptv - complaint

    The executive of my wayIPTV had come and collected
    Rs.1500/- cheque around 2nd week of November stating
    that within 7 days the connection would be given to us.

    However to our disappointment there is no response from
    the executive nor any feedback on the above connection, we had
    called the customer care 18602669929 , the executive registered
    a complaint no.0001 stating that their technical team would
    revert within 24 hrs and when we asked for team lead / higher mgrs contact
    no she refused to give the same.

    Default pathetic service by MyWay IPTV-Kolkata

    Dear Sir,


    I am a IP TV customer for last 3 months. when this myTV team reached to me to sell their offer then they were chasing me like anything , i was getting several calls to pay Rs. 1500 to start the service . That time I was informed that after the trial period (3 months) I have to pay only Rs. 100 for each month for the super value pack . Now i am astonished that they are saying I have to pay Rs. 200 instead of 100 .

    after that, another problem i am facing is everytime to recharge my acount i have to 1st call up the local dealer (YASH ENTERPRISE - Mr.Sanjib Barik) then again I have to call up their service team (YASH ENTERPRISE - Mr. Pradip Khanderiwal) & lastly have to rigorously follow up with customer care unit & they used to advice to get in touch with local dealers .

    for instance, my iptv is down for last friday , i paid Rs. 200 to local dealer but after follwoing up entire unit also , line is down till now . everyone is pointing to others .

    this is the way all BSNL IPTV customers are getting harassed day by day .

    request you to plz intervene.

    Thumbs down myway very bad service....fraud

    the same thing happened to me in hyderabad. they took a cheque of 1500 and said that the services would be activated in 7 days... its been over a month now and nothing has happened.
    i tried calling the customer care many times but it says the line does not exist

    Default I am shocked how BSNL associate with this unproffesional people

    Dear Sir,

    I paid 1500/- towards MYWAY-BSNL connection on 21st NOV.My BSNL number 040-27220181 CAF number 10040665
    Till 30th Dec 2009 no connection yet , Calling to customer care is waist of time as they are telling me delay due to feasibility test.
    If no feasibility why you took my money. When I asked when you will return the money they are saying 30day.
    I feel this type company should not partnered with BSNL.

    I have the same story which you guys have narrated.My CAF N0. is 010124
    I have paid 2000/- on Sep 24th 2009 and till date nothing has happened.
    I have been calling their customer care and heard the same old reply.."case esclated to technical team and they will call soon". Its more than 100 days past and i do not see a point in waiting for their connection. I have written to their email id : help@myway.in asking for cancellation of my application and refund of my money. They have not responded,today i have sent a remainder to them.I will send a letter to their head office through registered post.
    If anybody has better solutions..please advise me.

    I had subscribed for MYWAY IPTV connection and paid the cheque on august 27,2009.my caf no. is 60023877 on my name saurabh trivedi
    on 9 september the executive came and install it.after installation the problem of channel freezing was common.when they installed they said that it was a free subscription of 3 months you will pay nothing to us for three months after that you may choose any package.my free subscription was completed on 9 december but before 7 days on 2nd december i have given the deactivate request to iptv.they said that you may receive your security amount within 30-45 days,but when i called them today they said you may deposit the modem in mtnl ,after that i went there the mtnl SDO said me that first you pay your bill of rs.530 to mtnl then you will get your security amount.when i show him the deactivation mail and subscription letter they said we cannot do anything in this case ,you may fight with the company or you may pay the amount..what can i do in this case?this is very pathetic .I may request please help in getting my security amount of rs.1500 in full ..please help me..

    Default Non refund of security money.

    Dear Sir,
    This is to inform you that though I have disconnected the IPTV on 17.11.2009, I am yet to receive the security deposit money of Rs 1500/- from Myway IPTV. I have contacted the customer care lot of time but with no result. Every-time they come up with a different story. On January 2 2010, Mr. Allauddin from myWay IPTV came and collected the set-top box.

    The details of the connection are as follows:

    Default refund of deposit of iptv

    I gave two cheques 627328 for rs1000/- and 609638 for rs1500/- the two cheques were encashed by you on 26.08.09.without giving tv connection due to technically not feasible.i gave complaint for refund of the amount rs2500/- over phone on 03.09.09.after calling every week i got refund of rs1000/- only.in the last week of dec09.so request you to refund the balance amount of rs 1500/- without inviting any further reminders and unpleasant situation-tel no.040-24557220.k.chandra sekhar reddy

    Default IPTV refund.

    After Suffering with IPTV for the last six months, Today I have decided to disconnect the IPTV connection. To my amazement, I am told that my deposit amount of Rs 2000 would be forfieted without any reasons. But at the time of installation, I was promised that RS 2000 would be refunded after 45 days from the day of disconnection. MY WAY is looting common man. Govt Should ban this unethical business tieup with BSNL and MTNL.

    Why on earth, Govt has tied up with this company to cheat general public.? How this comapany can survive for a year now in India.? When do we expect the govt to take corrective action against this company.

    Guys just wanted to share an info. We have recd the refund today, they told that it takes six months for all verifications to close,,,hence pls wait
