I have the same story which you guys have narrated.My CAF N0. is 010124
I have paid 2000/- on Sep 24th 2009 and till date nothing has happened.
I have been calling their customer care and heard the same old reply.."case esclated to technical team and they will call soon". Its more than 100 days past and i do not see a point in waiting for their connection. I have written to their email id :
help@myway.in asking for cancellation of my application and refund of my money. They have not responded,today i have sent a remainder to them.I will send a letter to their head office through registered post.
If anybody has better solutions..please advise me.
