on 3/07/12 gave complaint refrence no1-15087845680 in mornig ur technician came next day whose age was hardly 18 year. he told that there is cable problem and would come next day . but vhe didnot came on same day gave one complaint refrenceno 1-15099233921 . on 6/7/12 your technician came he told there is connector problem and would rectify in evening. but he he didnot turn up.he told us you pay extra 1000Rs. then only i will do work becoz my boss have told me . He gave his mobile no 9831919900 and me to speak in that respect. As per customer rule u have failed to p[rovide basice service. so please look in matter and see work is done. Worst service of Tata which it is famous for

high handedness of tatasky
i booked a tatasky HDR DTH service in 15 june 2012. on 17 06 2012, one gentleman called on me and installed the same. i was not given any letter/manual or anything. he demanded rs.6500/= as against the card rate of 6440/ for the hdr settop box stating that he had used extra wire of 8 meters in addition to the standard 20 meters of wire. (i am living in 4th floor and antenna was placed on open terrace which was above 5th floor, vertically above me.) The batteries for the remote were dead and I had to provide new batteries for the same. As the service was not activated, he informed that he could not demonstrate operation of remote. The cheque was issued in the name of best enterprises. Next day somebody called and informed that the name should be changed in the cheque. So I had issued a fresh cheque in the name of breeze services and the cheque was encashed on 19 06 2012. I got SMS that the due date for recharge was 18 07 2012. I had called their helpline and they had confirmed the due date as 18 07 2012. But on 01 07 2012, message on the TV screen that my account is overdue and to be recharged immediately to avoid deactivation. I contacted them over their helpline and enquired about the same. I was told that as a total length of 56 meters of wire was used they have debited my account with Rs,500/= and hence the account became overdue. I was really shocked as to how a length of 56 meters wire could be used to link antenna on the open terrace of 5th floor to set top box on 4th floor. More over while installing I was told that 28 meters of wire was used. When I told that that much of wire was not used and the debit of 500/- was not justified. I was informed by the associate that he would revert back soon. Meanwhile on 1st july itself, the services were deactivated. I again called them and enquired. I was told to resolve the issue, their senior executive would call within 4 hours. Nobody called. Again on 4th I made a request through their online helpline (ref No.SRO 307120809208) which is still open. On 6th July, they called me and enquired about the same. I had narrated the above. The executive told that as I have taken HD connection, special equipments were used and hence some additional charges were added and that she could not take a decision and asked me to wait for further 24 hours before some senior executive attend the same. But even after two days nobody has called and the services remain deactivated in spite of paying full amount of rs.6500/=. They had not got the basic courtesy of informing me of the charges etc. and on the basis of some false assumption that 56 meters of wire used, simply debited my account and deactivated the services pending resolution. There is no transparency and they are doing whatever they wish. My requests to activate the services went to deaf ears. I feel insulted and humiliated. In fact if this is the way tatasky is treating their customers, really I donít want to continue the services. Kindly redress

TATA SKY MONEY FRAUD
I had ordered for a new Tat sky plus connection. It took them a week to come for installation, after repeated requests. Then , when the person came over, he said in addition to the standard price mentioned on their website of 6480, i will have to pay a total of 7550 and quoted some additional requirements since my installation is complicated. I didnt quite understand but since I needed the cable TV, asked him to start work. When i paid him, he said he will get the bill tomorrow. Trusting TATA sky to be a standard company and not a street vendor, I trusted him to come back with bills, but he didnt! Next day, even the signal was gone cos he did a shoddy job of installing. I have been following up with Tata sky helplines, asking them to verify the cost is genuine but there is no reply! now it seems I have been cheated of money! No reply yet!

Rip off at TATA SKY Charges
To all who are thinking to have a new TAKA Sky connection its a rip off connection
I have installed TATA sky last year and when I deposited 600 RS, they have taken out all my money by saying that the cable used is 20 meters when actuall it is not more then 6 meters
no one is ther to care you
the customer service is v roud and un friendly
they mug ur money and the customer cannot do any thing.
my advice not to go fot TAA its better to have a local connection cable

I am a very old customer of Tata Sky and is facing the music for that period. The problem is no one is there to attend you. First let me tel you my todays suffering.
I was unable to see programme in my TV for last two days . I was running from piller to post to registered my complaint . at last i could find the number fro net and i phoned. as per system it says press 1 2 or 8 as the case may be I tried and after 5times i COULD GET THROUGH YOUR SUPERVISOR. iT IS NOT NECESSARY THAT THAT i WOULD BE SITING IN FRONT OF THE COMPUTOR LEAVING MY OFFIC AND YOUR STAFF IS NOT READY TO ACCEPYT MY COMPLAINT.wITH MUCH REQUEST HE REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT AND A MESSAGE CAME IMMEDIATELY THAT YOUR CLAIM WILL BE ATTENDED BY mR. CHAWRASIA. i AGAIN CONTACTED THAT NO TO REQUEST TO ATTENED THE COMPLAINT AND THAT MR CHAWRASIA HAS NOT CONTACTED ME THEN HE SAID THAT YOUR COMPLAINT WILL BE ATTENDED TOMORROW MORNING AT 9 AM. I INFORMED WHY IT HASBEEN SHIFTED FROM 6PM TO NEXT DAY 9AM TO THAT TOO ON THE NEXT DAY TO THIS HE SAID YOU HAVE TO WAIT i AM TRANS FERING YOUR LINE TO MY BOSS . i WAS HOLDING THE PHONE FOR ALMOST 5 TO SIX MINUTES BUT NO ONE ANSWERED. iS THIS THE WAY A CUSTOMER IS TREATED? AFTER THAT I TRIED TO CONTACT 3 TO FOUR TIMES MY CALL WAS THROUGH BUT NO ONE SPOKE FROM THAT SIDE.
I WANT THAT MY COMPLAINT IS ATTENDEN BY YOUR STAFF TO DAY. I AM CONFIDENT THAT YOUR CHAURASIA WILL NOT CONTACT ME . THIS IS IAM SAYING AS IN THE LAST COMOPLAINT YOUR OFFICE SAID THAT MR CHAURASIA IS IN YOUR HOUSE AND HE NEVER VISITED MY HOUSE AND YOU MUST HAVE DECUTED YOUR CHARGES ON THE BASIS OF THAT

Tatasky - pathetic service and customer care
Some Tatasky installer by the name of Ranjeet Singh has taken over the past 7 days of my life like a parasite. I requested that he come to our house in DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon on the 1st of July to fix the signal problem with our set. The customer care guy refused saying it wasn't possible, so it was decided that Ranjeet would come on the 2nd of July. However, Ranjeet calls an hour later and announces that he is outside our gate as he was 'passing by', and thought he would finish the work 'today itself'. We had to go somewhere so I told him to come the next day when he was actually supposed to. But Ranjeet had other plans, and didn't turn up. When I called him on the 2nd, he said he was a bit late and would come by 5:30pm or so. When he still didn't turn up, I called him and threw a tantrum about how lacking the Tatasky services were - still no sign of Ranjeet even though he promised. Finally, I called and threatened to complain about him the next day (3rd July), which is when he finally did turn up. He just fiddled around with our wires and all was well with the signal reception. He was least apologetic. Anyway, before leaving, he informed me that I would not be charged as he did not replace any equipment/ wires/ digi card etc., which in fact he did not.
Then next day, I get more than one message from Tatasky informing me that Rs. 225 had been deducted from my account. I wondered what the reason was and called Tatasky. Since then, till today, I've been making and receiving various calls to and from Tatasky officials, and have been given a hundred excuses - all of which I have easily shot down. They have even tried to tell me that Ranjeet replaced my digicard on the 1st, when he didn't so much as enter our house.
They need to sack Ranjeet firstly.
Secondly, Tatasky needs to buck up, or one fine day, me and many like me are not just going to switch to a rival of theirs, but will also not rest till T'sky pays for this kind of harassment and wastage of time!! Such nonsense!

Y'all can address your complaint to tata skyís official handle @tatasky. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest y'all too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.

Please register my following complaint and revert back to me at the earliest.
For last 3 occasions my Tata Sky connection to set top box got disconnected and on making a complaint to your help line the same is attended after a gap of 2-3 days. Especially it happened on Saturday & Sunday there by, we working family members were deprived of enjoying the TV entertainment on holiday. The present compliant is registered today and the same is not been attended. Hence, I took this opportunity to write to you to resolve this issue as a permanent solution.
For your kind information I am a committee member of our Raj Paradise society where there was a proposal to get the connection of Tata Sky for the entire society through the common dish by duct cable. On account of your POOR SERVICE experienced in the last TWO OCCASIONS we are keeping the decision on hold.
Your LINE OF REPLY in resolving this issue would be appreciated.

with reference to the subject, i wish to bring to notice of you all that i had lodged a complain with tatasky on 15th july. as discussed with the customer care executive, it was confirmed to me that the issue will be resolved by 12 noon on 16th july. However, no one visited regarding this issue, nor did i receive any call till 7 pm. After 7 i received a call from tatasky engineer. i was told that he will be visiting for same in sometime and that i should keep the keys of the terrace with me.
However the severvice engineer - Mr. Mohsain who was supposed to come to check and resolve the issue was very rude and arrogant- rather i wud say that for a moment i was just surprised that who is the customer "He or Me"???
I waited for him another 1 hour, but nobody approached. Lastly i gave him the call on his mob from which he had called me. But then he said that he will come tomorrow.
Again i called customer care and narrated the whole story to the next and new customer care executive with whom i was connected. He cud not provide any information in this context, but was continuously he was repeating that the complaint will be attended tomorrow.
This is not the first time, but this is the all time same story of tata-sky. Same thing happened when i placed the request for relocation. Whole day no one called. But late evening tata-sky recalls that a customer is awaiting for his complain to be attended, he then gives a call. But this is just a call. He visits only next day. Time is not a thing of concern for them. We- the customers are 'idiots'- & they are King.
FEEL BAD FOR ALL THESE & THE TATASKY- & FOR THE THE DAY I PURCHASED THE UNIT.

Tatasky payment reminder on screen is very bad,plz don't give screen reminder. If necessary, to recharge the cut line to it.

Misbehaviour by Assam tata sky call centre
Today on 19.07.2012 at around 3p.m., I got a call from tata sky customer care Assam region. At that time I was busy with office works. I told the tata sky customer care boy that I was busy. But he misbehaved me by telling that he had lots of work and he was also busy. If such behaviour from tata sky customer care they should stopped their customer care service.

this is to inform u that i m using tata sky since past many years with no problem at all, but recently i m being troubled with d set top box. sir my subscriber i. d. 1004273866 and since past around 15 days my set top box is not working. twice ur personnel has come n changed it but all in vain....... just after 10 mins. d problem revives. sir now since past 3 days i m trying d helpline numbers but they r not receiving my call.....so i m left with no option but to make an online complaint.sir plz look into d matter n do d needful.

no proper signal and ignorance from customer care

i was much satisfied with your service BUT ....
from around a month , your man had come to change the place of our dish after which the problem has started ........
i must say the man who came to change the place was a dum and illiterate man how come u keep such people on work ....

these 2 people (with their mobile numbers ) are pathetic peoples and are fooling your customers
from about 2 weeks i am calling these people for the problem of signal , they are like literally ignoring me and giving stupid reasons for not coming .......
hence they have forced me to take this step i would like u to take strict action against them and
