    REF; Big tv DTH service

    Recently big tv has stolen my balance amount rest with company in my account, with out taking my permission for no reason and also blocked channel for which i have already made yearly subscription . In this respects i have made no. of complaints to the company,. but still problem remain unsolved. kindly help me.

    Hello,
    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Reliance Big TV customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Unhappy Big TV Problem

    Hello,

    We are facing problem with Big TV service from last one week. I am getting the message "connection lost". I called customer care executives several times but they are not registering my complaints. They are saying that it may be due to heavy rain and will be done automatically. They are also telling some procedures to do but if I am not understanding to follow then these people should come and resolve the issue. Also no one is ready to come at home and check what is the actual problem. Customer care of Reliance Big TV is really very bad, they don't take responsibility to help their clients. Please take some action against these guys so that we can get service immediately.

    Unhappy recharge and lack of service

    I am a reliance big tv customer i have recharged the multiconnection account no 200811763852 on 18/02/2011 with cash card of 300 Rs. bearing serial no. 8245800216. My services have been temporarily stopped because of lack of sufficient balance irrespective of it being recharged by me. i have spoken 3 times to customer care but everytime they say complaint has been forwarded without giving me a complaint number. Now they are saying to get it recharge again to get back the services. I want to know why my account has not been recharged by previous cash card and why they are telling me to purchase another card when they are failing to rectify the account status.

    Default Appco Marketing Pvt. India Ltd. (Reliance Big TV)

    Around three weeks ago(on 17th april), two people of appco marketing india pvt. Ltd. Came to my apartment and offered reliance big tv scheme which according to them costed 4490 ruppees but under certain scheme was now available at rs. 1490.
    On asking for theri ID card, they showed an ID which was issued by appco marketing india pvt. Ltd, and had big tv logo on it, thus making an impression that they are indirectly working for reliance big tv division.They said that an engineer from relaince will come and install the dth antenna and related items within 7 days. Even after repeatedly calling them on a contact number provided by them (saurabh kumar +91-9650456654) and another contact number +91-9312970060, they DID not reply properly. After some days, when they picked up the call, they said that due to some shortage, they cannot fulfill the customer demands and would install in two-three days. After three=four similar calls (assurance of installation in two thrre days), ultimately, when I asked for money refund, they came into action and said they had got appointment for wednesday (4-may-2011 4:00 pm) and thursday (5-may-2011 2:00 pm). No body came on wednesday and today. So, when I again asked for refund, saurabh said that he would call me in half an hour ad he is not responding my calls, evidently ignoring my calls.
    Please suggest.

    Unhappy regarding smart card recharge

    It is seen that Reliance Big Tv co.hasnot given the centers from where customer could get the Reliance Big TV smart card recharge coupon.Customer service do not intimate the balance remained and Co. suspends the service abruptly. When I called the Customer service they told me your smart is to be recharged. I am a senior citizen we can not move around to find out the smart card recharge coupon we have inquired the centres near Andheri West station but they told me that Big Tv smart card reliance coupons are not available for so many days. My T.V. is closed for want of recharge coupon.It is better if ZReliance co. give the list of centers where smart coupons would be readily available to the customers . If customer do not get smart card easily and nearby then only would remain that I have to discontinue the DTH servce of Reliance and take other s.

    Default BIG TV Complaint

    My Big TV connection no is 200637906581 , I have registered a job request for upgradation of HD from ordinary plan ,and the required amount was recharged through e-recharge . But even after one week , and till now there is no response from BIG TV local service peoples. My location is Tirunelveli , whenever i contact customercare , they told that within 24 hours , problem will be rectified. But no response from local service peoples

    Angry Big tv cheating people

    Hello This is Snehraj.B.M residing in bangalore, i had taken four Reliance Digital Tv connections, from a dealer of Reliance Digital TV that is Appco Pvt limited, #126, Aslam Arcade, 2nd floor, above Bata showroom, Frazer Town Bangalore, i had registered the connections on 13th and 14th September 2011 and the amount in the form of cheque dated 13th and 14th was withdrawn from our account amounting Rs6000 and as promised we got the connections but a month later in the month of October 10th 2011, but the connections we got were only 3 where we had paid for 4 connections though we called up the dealer and informed they did not bother to install it and we also registered complaint with Reliance customer care and both in vain its been two months but still the connection is not given, and we had paid for the platinum pack where we would be getting all the channels free for a year for other connections but they had activated us for sports pack where we can watch few sports channels and nothing else, have been going on with a lot of mental agony and trauma with the repeated calls to dealers and customer care fed up of which i want to go to consumer forum and make them bend to laws and show them Indian Judiciary is not weak as when i said i will complain in the consumer forum the dealer says who cares our judiciary is waste and doesn't care or fear for it you can go and complain and i don not care for it, my smart card number 200909828204
