    Default Pathetic service from Airtel DTH

    Hi,
    This is regarding complaint number:17576806, raised to upgrade my settop box with HDDVR on 5th April.And till today no one from airtel called me & no upgrade was done.

    But surprisingly and shockingly,I got an sms today that this request is resolved. How can this request will be resolved without doing an upgrade???.

    I informed the same to customer call center many times, but they keep me on hold for 10-15mins, transfer the call here and there, keep on hold again and finally they disconnect the call. Its really a frustrating experience with airtel DTH service.

    My customer id : 3308376640.
    Location : Manikonda, Hyderabad.
