hello friends

recently before two days i bought videocon d2h HD satellite box with 3d. Only because it offers 3D channel. Despite of having Tata Sky I purchased Videocon d2H.

as mentioned in their website , with hd 3d satellite box u can watch 1 active 3d channel..
but there is only one 3d channel and it looks like same picture in 2 split screen.

i bought 3d because , as mentioned in website, only videocon d2h gives one 3d channel.

Any one can help me in the issue... suggest me...

Sir, I am no representative of Videocon D2h nor a part of consumer court. But i know how to solve your problem.
The split screen thing is normal. If you have a 3d TV then on your remote there will be a 3d button which will make it 3d. And now you can enjoy your 3d viewing.
