    Default Withdrawal of service unilaterally

    Sir,

    I had been availing the DTH services since more than 3 years. Initially I was offered a package which cost me less than Rs. 250.00 per month. However, for the last few months, without notifying me, the package changed to some other package which costs me more than what it used to and again two prime news channels CNN IBN and Times Now have been withdrawn!!

    On writing to the customer service they informed me that

    "We would like to inform you that Economy package has been removed from our platform and your account is running with updated Economy Sports package (Rs. 254.69 per month including taxes). Times Now and CNN IBN channels are not available in that package."

    How come the company takes the customer for a ride ?

    Question Complaint against airtel digital tv

    Our digital tv account is 3000833146 is not coming for the past 15 days. We have given so many complaints but no response. Kindly rectify the problem assoon as possible.

    Default Beware of False claim by Airtel DTH of installing DTH in 48 hours- bluff- Letter to Ajai Puri- Dir.

    Hi Ajai,

    I am T Pradeep Rao and my customer id is 3010571453.

    I had chosen airtel DTH with a hope that you have good customer service mechanism in place. But you have failed to provide good customer service.

    Let me tel you that I have made more than three dozens calls to your customer service to get a new airtel DTH connection but of no use.

    I had spoken to your following individuals :

    1. Deepak Soni,
    2. Mayank Pandey – He is unfit for the job as he is not of sound mind.
    3. Shwet Pathan,
    4. Punit Yagnik,
    5. Attish Kumar etc

    I also tried to reach to reach to Mr. Daya Krishna but it seems to me that he is not interested to spk to customers and resolve the problem. He does not spk to customers.

    You make a claim that you will install the connection and activate within 48 hours. The the fact is your are a big failure. And your setup is just a bunch of useless people.

    I MADE ONLINE PAYMENT FOR A NEW CONNECTION ON 25.06.2012 BUT TILL TILL 28.06.2012 ( 14.30 Hours)but you can guess - NOTHING HAPPENED. --- SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR TEAM.

    I MADE MORE THAN 3 DOZENS OF CALLS BUT OF NO USE.

    Your customer services team is of no use and in ineffective.They say they will get back shortly, but you can guess whether at all they call…

    Hope you realize the real operational efficiency.

    Let me hope a reply at least from your office…Can I hope??????

    I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM THE CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL DIGITAL TV FROM PAST ONE YEAR.NOW YOU ARE UPGRADING YOUR SERVICES TO A NEW SATELLITE
    WHICH FURTHER REQUIRES REALLIGNEMENT OF CUSTOMERS DISHES.IT IS YOUR DUTY TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS TO GET THEIR DISHES REALLIGNED FREE OF COST AS
    CHENNELS ARE DISAPPEARING GRADUALLY.I HAVE GOT MY COMPLAINT REGISTERED SO MANY TIMES FOR REALLINGNMENT OF MY AIRTEL DISH FREE OF COST THROUGH
    YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE..BUT UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE GIVEN AN EXAMPLE OF POOREST SERVICE.
    NOW IF YOUR ENGINEER DONOT VISIT MY PLACE FOR REALLIGNMENT WITHIN 2 DAYS i.e. upto 30th june 2012 THEN I WILL BE FORCED TO FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST
    AIRTEL DIGITAL TV IN LOCAL CONSUMER COUT SOLAN

    Default Complaint unsolved

    Hi team,

    I registered a complaint om Airtel DTH on 16-June-2012 and your engineer visited after two days and he couldnt resolve the issue (just reinstallation of dish) and informed that he will come on the next day, but dintturn up for a week , so i had to call again to their mobile no, someone picked up and informed he will attend the issue and stil he too hasnt turned up, today morning i need to again call him up and he is going back to the square one and asking hte address again, which i have informed him several times. The way he talked to me is nothte way a support engineer should talk to a customer, he was harsh and disconnecting my call, i need to call him again.

    I would request you to resolve my issue by tomorrow and take necessary action against that engineer (Senthil Kumar - Chennai) .

    Angry Airtel D2h Connection ..

    Hi i have purchase online airtel d2h on 22.06.2012 , & while purchasing connection they told me if you will not satisfy with airtel service with in 15 days we will Refund your money .
    & now i am not satisfy with Airtel service., bcoz in Videocon D2h have more facility then airetel, like 3 free movies chanel, free Songs chanel
    but airtel doesn't hve like this service.

    Now i have called to customer care to disconnect Airtel , & customer care people saying, you have got wrong information abt the refund, but information is provided by the customer care people, & also call was recorded by them, also they are not agree for this also. & just ignoring me & not listening me...

    what is this,, is this a customer service ...... ??????

    this is worst service which i saw..... Videocon is best in D2h Compare to services, prices..
