    Angry AIRTEL - Non Stop Nonsense with NO CUSTOMER CARE

    My Customer ID is 3008466028 - I got SMS messages and messages on my TV mentioning that my account balance is low (Rs 4476) and my subscription will expire on 5th April 2012.

    I called the customer care to know the amount that i need to recharge for the channels that i had subscribed for - he mentioned that i need to recharge for Rs. 4370. I recharged Rs. 4400.00 online through net banking.

    I called the customer care to re-validate my account for the next one year. I had to spend nearly 4 hours on phone, calling nearly 6 times, talking to different people, and all of them either could not understand or speak english except for one person.

    Customer care is so poor and talking to them is too much of harassment, they disconnect if they do not have an answer, after every call i get an SMS stating your channel is deactivated as per your request.

    My problem is - i called for continuing my service and end up getting it deactivated - just because the idiot on the other side cannot understand clear,, plain and simple ENGLISH.

    can someone at AIRTEL who understands this message get this issues resolved or refund my money PLEASE...

    This is what we call independence(not to understand anything), no way just disconnect jump on another network (These............the idiot on the other side cannot understand clear,, plain and simple ENGLISH........superb wording, I do have had the same problem with Reliance.............just sue them, then they will come down begging....Ha Ha my experience yaar!!!!!)

    Default Airtel DTH Costumer Care- Making Costumers Fool

    Hi,
    My costumer ID is 3001174964. I am using airtel DTH from last 3 yrs but now it is going very critical to continue with this DTH service as the policies of airtel DTH are not for costumer services & satisfaction but only to make costumer fool and get the maximum benefits from costumer by taking advantage of costumer's situations with the service.
    In Nov month company made a software update through air interface on running settop boxes, during that my settop box software corrupted and started to take restarts during the operation. I made complaint regarding this to costumer care and given the solution by replacing the settop box without any option of repair or local software update with a replacement charge of Rs 350.
    Engineer from local distributor came and told me same as i written above for solution without touching the box. I asked him to repair the same but he refused.
    I also refused to replace the settop box as there was not my fault in this case and company should replace or repair my settop box without any cost. Engineer took Rs 100 as visit charges.
    Day by day this problem became more critical and my settop box was taking restarts again and again during operations. I again made complaints but after that no resolution provided by the company and left the issue as it was.
    Now i made more complaints with costumer care details of which are as follows:
    on 22-feb-12 Complaint no.16435462
    on 04-Apr-12 Complaint no.17554822
    on 07-Apr-12 Complaint no.17627331
    on 09-Apr-12 Complaint no.17698869
    And against all the complaints i got sms that your problem has been resolved while nobody called or visited to me.
    I called in this regard to costumer care supervisor and asked that why the company is not resolving my issue she told me that these are the company policies and you will have to replace your settop box by paying Rs 350.
    I went ready for replacement in that situations in which i was fed up and i asked to supervisor that will i be provide a new settop box in replacement when i am paying as per your requirement, she told me that as per company policy i will be provided an old repaired settop box instead of a new one.
    This is totally ridicules that i am paying for an old repaired settop box why? Is my current settop box is non repairable or it is the company policy to fool the costumers where i am being provided with an old repaired box while my box will be repaired and provided to the other costumer with a charge of Rs 350 ??
    I am now totally suffocated and unable to continue with this company. If my problem is resolved as per my requirements then i will continue with the same.
    can someone at AIRTEL who understands this message get this issues resolved.

    Angry no reply for the customers

    There has been no services activated by me on my phone , but the airtel people YOU start a service without our knowledge and loot money from that... IN what way is this sensible to you...YOU dont have any rights for that ..... please STOP starting these services on my phone...or any one else mobile..... you loot our money a lot without our knowledge and we THE PUBLIC have to come behind you for stoping a service.....?????
