    Default Airtel DTH non receipt of Set top box even after f

    My customer ID is 3009714662
    I have booked a multiple tv connection for 2 set top box. However i received only one set top box when i payed for two.
    My booking order no. is 1037150
    I have paid a total of Rs. 4,489 i.e 2299 for the first set top box and 2190for second one.
    I kept on calling repeatedly to the customer care but they just dont listen.
    I was also given a complaint no.15759400 which was closed without even informing me.
    I dont know what to do

    My phone/broadband no. is 011 - 4 45380632_dsl which is not working from 19 Dec'11 almost one and half month has gone but no one has visited the place even once.

    Whenever I called customer care they revert your instrument is not working. How can they assume its not working if no one come and check the it. Airtel is the worst service provider I have ever seen.

    I have not received a single call regarding my complaint, and getting regular calls for pending payment. How can anyone expect from me that I will make payment. I am not going to do it. Who will bear all my loss due to non service provide. From past about one and half month.

    This is not first time with us, It happened in July'11 as well. There was not network in it for 45 day and start working in first week if September'11. Who will bear the loss due to this. I spite of feeling sorry or rectify the problem, asking for payment. So shameless people recruited by Airtel.

    It was the worst experienced with Airtel. I am not going to suggest anyone to take the Airtel connection. Worst service provider, worst customer care with worst technical team who gave the false feed back all the time.

    Default Refund is stomoch ach for AIRTEL DTH

    Hello,

    Request no: 17738052, you have my registered mobile number

    Unfortunately I chose AIRTEL DTH on one day and paid Rs.2249, but airtel website showed payment failed(but payment was deducted from Bank account), it happens some time so I called customer care to let them know the issue and suggest the next step, below happened after call by call,


    1) On the first call customer care guy checked all the information and I told Anit kumar has sent me the link and I have made the payment, he said he will call back in 10 mins , no response from him then

    2) second call after 45 mins , I had to told him everything again he said he will call back in 30 mins but again no response (then I sent a mail to anit kumar as well but he didn't get back to me as well)

    3) so I called again after 4 hours, girl said I will check the details and will call you back, she called me and confirmed that payment has been received by us and gave above mentioned refernce number, so I asked that I really didn't feel good with the services after what has happened today, so I asked her to talk to customer retention policy dept. and let me know how can you compensate to prove that you will provide good service. She told me she will call back me in a hour. then no response.

    4) I called again after 75 mins to know why she didn't call me, then I came to know that her shift ended for the day before 30 mins , so I talked to the guy who picked up the call he transferred it to abhijit who had very bad mic, so I asked him to change it so that I can talk to him but he cut the call.

    5) I called again to know what can be done but after explaining everything 7th time in a day to rohini, she transferred the call to Siddiqui who asked me everything from the root so I simply ask him/her why don't you asked to your colleague, I have already explained 6 times but call was cut.

    SO I HOPE I HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE ON THE DAY ONE WHERE YOU GUYS SHOWED HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS, I AM REALLY AFFRAID AND I DON'T WANT A CONNECTION FROM YOU.

    THIS WAS WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, RUDE PERSONS,NO COMMITMENTS, NO CUSTOMER RETENTION POLICY, NOTHING.


    After my mail to them on saturday 7th april, they sent me confirmation on sunday(8th april 2012) that they will refund my money , so I waited till thursday(12th april) and called on the same day to know the status of refund that guy told me that no one has processed the refund, I will do that and I will get the funds credited in 24 hours, so I called again to know the status on friday, he said he has sent the reminder and I will get refund in 48 hours, but today some one called me from the customer care to ask me whether my problem is solved or not, I said it is not solved , so he asked the information is not enough , I already provided all the information to them a week ago, and today still they are looking for the information, I really don't know what they are doing since last one week.



    PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AT THE EARLIEST.
