My Card no is 41049019296. I had posted complaint regarding not see channel excluding Star Plus, Zee TV even after I had recharge my connection and post complaint to Sun Direct customer care on 15th of Jan, 2012 Complaint no is 1-4502259274 and complaint closed by them even they had not contacted me regarding service active or not and again i had logged complaint 1-4536201678 and this is again closed by them without contact me and my problem not solved till date and customer care execute all ways told that wait for 48 hrs.
