    Default Unacceptable Service of Tata Sky

    We are unable to enjoy the services since September-11. Most frustrating part is there is nobody to escalate for a resolution. The audio was going off intermittently and same was intimated over phone without any solution. Complaint logged on 03-Oct-11 (SR0310110655028). Got call from Tata Sky, and case was closed while I requested to keep the system under observation. Since 2nd week of Dec the HD box was not getting any signal. 2nd case logged on 17-Dec-11 (SR1712110699259). HD box replaced and case closed. Within few days No Signal issue returned. 3rd case logged on 22-Dec-11 (SR2212110701821). HD box was replaced on 25-Dec and since then HD box started initializing automatically. Same was informed to Tata Sky over phone. No improvement, so logged 4th call on 02-Jan-2012 (SR0201120706918). Case closed on 10-Jan-12, without any solution, no body visited the equipment. Again logged another complaint today (complaint# 1-12950461489 dated 23-Jan-12).

    Hello Malay,
    You can try addressing your complaint to Tata Sky on their official handle @tatasky. A month ago I had a similar problem where my STB got conked out and I was in warranty period. I made a complaint on twitter regarding the same. All I had to do is submit my subscriber id. Their customer service team immediately gave a callback and arranged for a tech visit who replaced my Set Top Box. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber id either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link and am sure they’ll look into your matter and help you out.
