You can try addressing your complaint to Tata Sky on their official handle @tatasky. A month ago I had a similar problem where my STB got conked out and I was in warranty period. I made a complaint on twitter regarding the same. All I had to do is submit my subscriber id. Their customer service team immediately gave a callback and arranged for a tech visit who replaced my Set Top Box. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber id either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link and am sure they’ll look into your matter and help you out.
