    Post Airtel DTH..Installation delayed by 10days

    Dear Sir/Madam,




    Greetings of the day,


    I have taken an Airtel DTH connection on 10-01-2012.The mode of my airtel DTH purchase was through HDFC credit card,

    Card number..5424161000000437,
    Transaction ID 18330341..
    Registered Mble.No. 9406712790,
    Registered Name : Pala Nagendra


    Address: Room No.104A,
    Krishna Bhawan,
    Ntpc,Vindhyachal Super Thermal Plant,
    Vindhyanagar,Singrauli District,
    Madhya Pradesh.Pin code 486885
    Airtel Customer care executive Mr/Mrs Lakshmi has confirmed the receipt of payment and on 11-01-2012 i have received the message stating the

    Customer Id : 3009687660 and is recharged with Rs.200...Mrs.Lakshmi assured that with in 48 hours installation will be done..but till now installation has not been taken place.From 13th of this month i am regularly calling the customer care and the executives are telling: with in one day your installation will be done,With in 1 hour u will get a call from airtel DTH person,Tomorrow it will be done and so on..u can check the number of times i have called to Airtel customer care this week..The local Airtel executive in our area is arguing in a way that who told u to take in online,we are not responsible for it..it will take more than 15days like that..


    So i request you to please look into the issue..For your kind information this is my 2nd Airtel DTH connection but i have recieved response in a very poor way..


    So i request u to please refund my money back and as a customer of Airtel i suggest you to take disciplinary action on the peole involved for the delay till the down level..


    I request you to refund my money back or provide my an immediate solution

    I have taken an Airtel DTH connection on 19-04-2012.The mode of my airtel DTH purchase was through credit card,





    Customer Id : 3010165109 and is recharged with Rs.200...Installation engineer assured that with in 48 hours of installation I will reccieve the service..but till now that has not been taken place.From today i am regularly calling the customer care and the executives are telling: With in 1 hour u will get a call from airtel DTH person,Tomorrow it will be done and so on..The local Airtel executive in our area is not picking the call

    So i request you to please look into the issue. but i have recieved response in a very poor way..


    So i request u to please refund my money back or provide the service
