This is to inform you that I have recharged INR 1000 on 13th January 2012 towards Sundirect (SMART CARD NO: 41208343081)through rechargeitnow.com using my SBI platinum card. The transaction id is: 082329. The amount is not credited to my sun direct a/c as per the customer care executives. I again took up the matter on 14th with customer care executive who provided the complaint number as: 1-4496165761. My problem has not been resolve till today.Your immediate action will be appreciated.
