I have recharged my videocon d2h at SAPRA MOBILE ZONE B.H. VATANARY HOSTAL, SEMINARY HILL NAGPUR. costumer id:- 54146507 on 05/01/2012 at 17:50 hours with an amount of Rs 525/- but i get message from videocon d2h costumer care that my account has been recharged with RS 500/- only ! After reporting to sapra mobile zone he replied that he had recharged with Rs 525/- by oxygen recharge. this is not my mistake please talk with customer care. please look into the matter
