Dear sir,Iam a TATA SKY customer from 5 years.Recently they have introduced a new theme called zeetos through which we can earn some points and exchange them for certain gifts but for this we must be always recharge our account for a special service of active wizkids.I have been paying for this since 5 years and earned some points and also redemmed them on 28-9-2011 and I have been deducted an amount of Rs 50 as processing fee to post my gift.But it was not delivered when I called the customer care they said it will be delivered in 30 days after that when I called them after 30 days they said it will take 60 days later I again waited for 60 days I got the answer that I must wait for 90 days.Atlast after 90 days also i didnot receive my gift.Instead of receiving my gift I need to keep on calling them daily ,and they will say next 24hrs it will be solved.From 26th dec '2011 -10th jan '2012 I was calling them daily but my problem was not solved.I have spend a lot on my calls which no one will afford for a small gift.So please do me the favor for solving my problem .
" I have understood that TATA SKY WILL NOT GIVE US OUR GIFT AND WILL CHEAT PUBLIC VERY INTELLIGENTLY."
