Dear sir,

I am a Tata Sky subcribers my Tata Sky ID is 1050933058. I purchased my Tata sky connection in Gurgaon in August 2010 while I was working there. Recently I shifted to Bangalore on 23rd December 2011 where I have my permanent residence Flat no: B2-1101 L & T South City Arekere Mico layout 2nd stage, Bannergahata Road, Bangalore-560076. I requested for re- installtion of connection on 6th Jan 2012 they confirmed to send the engineer between 2 to 4 p.m. on 7th Jan 2012. From there call centre the customer service executive told me I need to re-charge my Tata Sky Connection from where they would deduct the installation charges of Rs.125/-.I recharged my DTH with Rs.850/- vied my HDFC Bank Credit card no: 4617 8630 0206 2055 on 7th morning around 12 pm excatly around that time the engineers of Tata Sky called and visited my residence and informed that since there is a LOS problem the TATA Sky Dish cannot be installed from my Balcony.I showed them in my building on 14th floor and 16th Floor there were two Dish Antena installed they replied higher floors it is possible since mine is 11th floor it is not possible.I immediately called their toll free number and spoke to their customer service executive requested to refund my Rs.800/-since I will not be able to view their services as installation is impossible. they refused to refund the money and started giving all kind of excuses that when I shift my residence again I can request for
re-installation( the question does not arise this is my permananat residence) they will send their senior engineer to review the matter even though they spoke to their engineer's who cleraly stated that installation is not possible as we would not be able to view the services yet they insisted they will try once again and refund was not possible.If I cannot view their services why will not they refund my Rs.800 at least i did not ask for refund of the Dish and set-top- box I only asked for refund of the money paid for installation that is Rs.800/- only. I need your help and intervention in this regard.

I am surprised and shocked that a TATA company can behave like this. I had lot of respect for the TATA brand whatever happened with me is abokutely shocking.
