Dear Consumer court, I booked a new airtel DTH connection via their Online website, for Rs.1590 but apparently i got the response that the TRANSACTION IS NOT COMPLETE. However, when consulted with the bank, I came to knw that the same amount has been deducted frm my bank account. I have not received any ORDER NO or TRANSACTION ID as an sms to my registered mob number (that actually makes them easier to reason that they wont be able to check the details without the ID info). I have been calling these people over 100 times, but I m still left with no resolution. What I need is the amt to be credited back to my account. Pls help
