I have purchased 40" Videocon LCD TV & along with this TV, I received Go Live Kit No. GLK-4201. Following are the details:

  1. I have called Videocon customer care on 24-Dec-11, spoke with Mr. Bhushan & I gave him all the above details. I was assured that a call will be received from backend team to confirm the details & then Installation team will proceed.
  2. I did not received any call till 28-Dec-11. I again called & spoke to one of CSR, after explaining all the details, he transfered my call my to one of the Senior Mr. Vishant. He again took all my details as mentioned above & assured that i will get a call within 24 hours.
  3. Since I did not received any call, again I called customer care & spoke to one of you senior TL - Mr. Kausar. He again took all my details (mentioned above) assured that I will get a call within 24 hours to 48 hours.
You are requested to kindly help in getting the call back from backend team so that i can make full use of Go live kit
GLK-4201. Videocon is not providing me the installation wherein I have already purchased Recharge PIN of Rs.1,000/-

Who is going to pay for the recharge coupon ??
