I have purchased Nokia C2-00 with head phone IMEI No- 35417048064260. Some problem in my phone screen is blank and No incoming voice. I was going to drop the phone in service center but they told me you phone screen is crashed but that is not true. I m agree that you will repair my phone i m ready to pay the expanse. I have give the phone last 26 Dec,2011 and they told me take your phone on 29 Dec, 2011 but till date they given me new date. I m passing big problem Because i m disconnected my all contact.

Please resolve my problem & i need urgent action
