    Thumbs down Regarding Airtel DTH

    I am facing a problem ragarding airtel setup box and i have lodged a complaint three time at customer care center and every time he assured to me that our engineer will be visited your home very next day and setupbox will be changed with cost. But till date my problem has not be solved and nor any engineer visited my home. Airtel is one of the most reputed company in the world and its very shamefull manner in this point that the representative/engineers of the company are not so helpfull with customer.
