    Question Complaint against Dishtv India not refunding my mo

    I had discontinue the dishtv service on 18 Dec 2011.

    I had made two payment on 16 Dec 2011, Rs. 1500+Rs. 1465.

    Due to the poor service I had requested Dishtv to terminate the service.

    All dishtv equipments are collected by the nearest dealer (Chirantana Enterprises ).

    Dishtv is not ready to clear my account I,e. Equipment cost and amount which I had recharge on 16 Dec 2011.

    Can you please resolve this issue else advise me for further action.

    My complain no is 77715217, my vc no is 01511820889 , I have given several reminder to DISH TV people to solve my problem, instead of solving my problem they advice me to wait till 7.02P.M on dated 5th January 2012 after that only they will respond to my call as it is not complit 24 hours, I have given my complain at 7.02P.M on dated 4th January. I am not satisfied with the service provided by DISH TV now they are saying that I have to wait till 7th of January but till what time they are not ready to comment.
    I am not able to get the service from Dish tv from 4th till the problem will be solved but no one is there to say who will pay my money as i am not getting the service from Dish TV.
    1. Dish TV people are first saying that i have to wait till 24 hours after that your people are saying i have to wait for 24 working hour now they are saying I have to wait till 7th January 2012 is not it rubbish.
    2. Why your people are not providing the correct information and put the costumer in dark side.

    Is there any body will help me!!!!

    Exclamation dont go for HD True plus connection

    Hi ,

    I'm using LED sony tv , Onkyo 5.1 Home theater with AV receiver , I have upgraded by Dish TV SD to HD true Plus box, as Dishtv told that its gives 45+ HD channels with 5.1 surround audio. But practically it not true.

    very few channels out of 45 HD channels are really HD else. all are upscale channels , at some channels picture clarity is just like SD channels. and All HD channel sound is worst than SD channels. Only one channel MOVIE NOW channel is reall HD with 5.1 surround sound. When I called customer care , they told as of now only one HD channel MOVIES NOW have 5.1 surround sound . But in there website they dont mentioned anything. Even unlimited record option also waste. you cant record other channel while watching other channel. and if any channel we try to record more than 30 min than setup box getting restarted. Tecnical people are waste they dont know anything. I really advise you people who really thinking for Dishtv HD true plus, its waste of money. if you taking connection for better picture clarity and 5.1 sound.

    Even they dont give 5.1 sound for Z TV or there Z network channels , its really surprise. not worth for money..

    Dishtv people advised from me: dont cheat people this way.. dont think so that all people are fool .. they knows better .. dont misuse ur brand name in this wrong way...
