Pathetic service of Airtel Digital TV in Pune

    Default Pathetic service of Airtel Digital TV in Pune

    My Airtel Digital TV connection is not working since last week of November, raised the several request since then but everytime they said, it will be resolved shortly.
    The issue was related to STB Box hanging.... raised request on 3rd Dec ... but they told me that they don't have HD Box to replace .... after several and repeated followups, got the box replaced on 24th Dec ... but since they have changed the box and hd card, they need to map it to my account ... its more than 4 days now and they have not mapped it correctly ... Still waiting for this issue to be resolved.

    This is the most pathetic service I have and faced in my life by any kind of service provider.
    Please be aware before purchasing the new dth connection.
