    Default Breach/Bad service from DISH TV connection

    Sir,
    I had taken this new DISHT tv connection based on a voucher offer which i got while purchasing a new samsung lcd tv from CHROMA outlet in Indiranagar.The voucher was worth of rs 600 discount on any new available HD connection offer prescribed in the voucher itself. The guy from SHIVA ENTERPRISE(Kumar 08147391536) connected the new set up box after getting the confirmation about the offer from his higher authority in SHIVA ENTERPRISE .I finalized for the 3 months offer of a new connection which was worth of Rs 2915/-. I paid a sum of Rs2315/- deducing the amount of Rs 600 from the actual cost of Rs 2915/-. The guy(kumar) told the free preview would be available within two hours of the connection & the package activation would take 24 hrs. But i had to keep chasing SHIVA ENTERPRISE as nothing was getting broadcasted on my TV for two days.
    And then i see a email of
    Payment Received Confirmation from customercare@dishtv.in for the amount of
    Rs.1590 instead of Rs 2915/- & my account show the next renewal due date as some time in January itself.
    I replied customer care in return of which they asked me the scanned copy of my payment receipt. I provided the cash receipt of Rs 2315/- from SHIVA ENTERPRISES to the customer care. Then again they came back asking the scanned dcopy of my SAF form which i am not able to understand why can't they get all this detail from SHIVA
    ENTERPRISES itself.
    As a customer of DISH TV, why i should be involved in coordinating between a dealer & DISH TV? I expected a complete service from DISH TV ,not from a dealer called as
    SHIVA ENTERPRISES. I had already raised a complaint against this dealer as suggested by the customer care staffs but still i don't see any concrete information coming up to resolve this issue. It literally has become headache to call up customer care & explain the same problem again & again. I am attaching the cash receipt copy of amount Rs 2315/-. Please guide me to get correct package offer as promised by SHIVA ENTERPRISES.
