Dear Sir/Madam,I have taken a new connection of Videocon D2H GLK-6201 kit.After contacting videocon customer care(18008810111) they asked me to recharge with Rs 1000 as a part of installation charges.I have recharged the same against my subscriber ID 60042310 on December 9th 2011.They promised to call back me with in 24 to 48 hrs for installation along with Set top Box.But till now no body contacted me for installation.i have remainded them umpty number of times but everytime when i am calling they were giving response simply with in 24 to 48 hrs you will receive the call from our back end team.kindly do the needful as early as possible otherwise please return my money back.Kindly do justice for my request.
