complaint against Airtel digital TV (DTH) Sir I am customer of Airtel digital tv customer ID 3000734974. They offered to cash back of RS. 49 over online recharge by 550. I did it on 25.12.11.Now they decline to cash back, although i have made it through my own net banking account(SBI saving A/C No 31639922996 of Dhaniakote branch). I have serious concern about this

I am consumer ID 3009253430 of Airtel dth. I have 2 HD recorder connections and paid for a 3rd HD connection for which I got a transaction ID and a booking ID. despite the payment being made on the 22nd I am yet to get the connection after 6 days !!. I have made at least 20 calls to their call center and also spoken to multiple supervisors .
