I have made the online payment of Rs. 4990/- to Dishtv India on 21/12/2011 through my credit card against which the merchant had claimed the said payment from the bank itself on 22/12/2011 though merchant establishment approval code no. 937382. I have made several phone calls to the service provider(DISHTV) but still they are in denial of the payment and have stopped my services It has been more than six days but the time for the rectification given to me was 24 to 48 hours.
