This is Vikas from Bangalore, I have a normal Tata Sky connection, i upgraded it to Tata Sky HD + connection, i paid the full amount for the HD box. They came for installation and put a new box but there was a error coming (error:14, pairing error). It happened on Saturday 24th December, 2011, the engineer said it will take an hour to activate, please keep the TV ON. I waited for two hours and called the engineer back, he did not pick up. I called the south number of customer care and file a complaint. I kept calling the customer care since then and today is 26th December 2011. I have done more then 100 calls to customer care and similar to the local engineers. My TV is still not running the whole weekend past by and the India Australia match too for that i upgraded to HD+.

They keep saying it will be resolved in an hour but there is a blank screen only that i can see with an error. I now want to file a legal case to them as i already paid for what i did not get.
