Fraud people in Airtel Dish TV

    Default Fraud people in Airtel Dish TV

    I had taken airtel dishTV connection last year.(Customer number: 3005392482.) . It was such a worst experience that I stopped using the same
    in 6 months only because of the worst service. But after that airtel people start calling me every week for asking to activate connection.
    I told them that I don't want to us this connection. But still they continued calling.

    I was almost frustrated due to these harassment. but this is not the end. One day I got call from Airtel Customer Center Swargate office
    that "U can return the set top box and they will return Rs 890 in refund"
    They had called me couple of times for the same from following numbers,
    020- 41051324(Rasika)....020-41051314(Ashwini)
    I confirmed that these numbers belong to Airtel office ,VegaCenter,Swargate,Pune
    I agreed to return and they had collected the set top box on 18 november and given me a receipt.They agreed that refund will be received within 15 days by DD.

    But I have not got any response from them after this. When I checked back,they told me that there is no such process and Airtel is not responsible for returning any money though they have taken the set top box


    I don't understand why airtel is doing such cheap things for a set top box whose cost must be less than Rs 500....Is airtel started recruiting "Chor" in there call center who promise false things to there customers? or it is airtel's policy to misguide their customers.

    I lodged a complaint with airtel but no use yet. I am still receiving the calls from them that return the set top box though I have sent scanned copy of the receipt.
