    Angry Complaint Against Airtel DTH Services

    Hello Sir,

    I am staying in Mayur Vihar Phase-1 and i have ordered one Airtel DTH connection on 24th December on call through call center and done the payment on the condition that it will get installed on 25th December. Person from Airtel side Mr. Swapnil assured me that it will installed as promised and asked me to make the payment. I have done the same through my credit card and got the Booking ID (54923) & Transaction ID (18098642). I request them that me and wife both are working and nobody will be at home to get it installed otherwise. I have done lot of followup but it is not yet installed. If we call to customer care they do not answer properly and cut the phone every time without solution.

    They have misguided me and taken the payment. on the top of it very rude behavior from the call center side.

    Please help us out for this.
