I am a subscriber of Tata Sky for more than 1 year where in i subscribe to their Annual Mega Pack Option charges to that effect are Rs. 6000/- however when i renewed my subscription for next 1 year on 24th Dec 2011 after 2 days where in the money has been debited from my Bank Account i am being told that the amount is not received by them. Whereas for last 2 days i have been through their customer service center being told that the payment status would be updated in 24 hours however even after 24 hours i am now being told that they still dont have the money received.
I think their entire service is a scam, neither are they bothered about servicing their customers nor do their customer service agent know how to speak to their customers, it is a pain dealing with them. Even their website is not intutive which allows you to pay & subscribe to various options once you click on payment options it throws error.
I would appreciate if Tata Sky folks are reading this complaint they address this immediate effect as my services have been disconnected by them due to non - payment however this is not the case as the payment was made already on 24th Dec 2011. Therefore i fail to understand where the money has been debited from my HDFC Bank account how they can claim that they have not received the payment.
