i have plan of south india jumbo pack, which includes main hindi channels + all south indian channels, we basically required malayalam channels which we were happy with the services provided.

We used to get:

1) surya tv
2) kiran tv
3) asianet
4) asianet news
5) kairali
6) amrita tv
7) dd malayalam

from the past 2-2.5 months the number of malayalam channels have got reduced to 4 channels (surya,kiran tv, asianet and asiante news); we called up tata sky and got the response that the channels shall be reinstated within 7 days, but this did not happen.

We called up tata sky again and complained on which we got the response that they are in talks with channels as there contract had expired and the number of channels shall increase to 10 as an incentive to the customer soon.

the point to be noted is that the charge has not reduced even though the number of channels have reduced and that the tata sky executives are giving wrong commitments to us regarding the number of channels as well as the executives are not accepting the requirement of customer to talk to senior executive.

we have already told them that we shall complaint to the consumer court and we have got the response that we can use that option and the company does not have any problem in it.

we require immediate action and response from the side of tata sky as soon as possible.
