Dear Sir / Madam,
We purchased a Toshiba LCD TV from Deepak Electronics, Goraya, Punjab on 20th Nov - 2011. The TV was promoted stating that we will be complimented with a Videocon DTH HD connection for Rs. 1000/- and the same was valid until 15th Dec 2011.
I've checked up with Videocon on 09th Dec 2011 for this connection on their Toll free number mentioned in the KIT. They promised that their Back End team will be in touch with me in 48 hours ( 2 days time). I repeatedly requested them that the time limit for this offer is less. They insisted that the details taken from me will be provided and will +vely receive a call. I waited till 13th Dec 2011 and there as no response from them. I recalled their Toll free number call center and repsonse was same this time too.
I waited for further 2 days and the call center gentleman told me to visit the dealer for this complaint. On 15th Dec I visited Deepak Electronics, Goraya and register, they said that they will forward our request to Videocon.
I explained that the reason of buying the TV was defeated. The dealer says it is Toshiba and Videocon arrangement and they have no role to play, Dealer was right too.
I've interacted with the following gentlemen from Videocon, who has time and again given false promise:

The toll center person says that they cannot register a complaint as I'm not their customer. I'm not sure how this can be addressed
